Through our local twins club I met a woman who was interested in cloth diapering. We will call her Liz. She and I have become friends. She is pregnant with twin girls.
At around 17 1/2 weeks baby A's sac ruptured. The doctors said there was nothing they could do until after 24 weeks. Liz was put on strict bed rest.
She will be 22 weeks tomorrow. Each week she goes in for an ultrasound. Baby A still has no amniotic fluid. Yet, she survivies. Aparently she keeps making fluid, but it leaks out. Both babies continue to grow. Both have strong heartbeats.
As you know, I was on strict bed rest for the last part of my prenancy. It is SOOOOoooo Hard!!! It is the hardest thing I have ever done. Liz has been on bed rest for over a month. I am so very proud of her! She is doing a wonderful job, baking those babies!
Anyway, please please keep Liz, her husband D, and their twin girls (nicknamed, the "aliens") in your thoughts and prayers. Every little bit helps!

I'll send up a prayer
Lots of prayer from me! I had two months of it with my first and you're right it is soooo hard! Praying for the safe arrival of her little ones too!
I'll say a prayer as well. Please let us know how it goes for them.
I will pray for her. Keep us posted!
